The aim of this study is to explore the reality and the experience of AN-Najah National University in enhancing Electronic Management System (Moodle) in the training of in-service teachers program through the description and analysis of the teachers learners and their participating in the e-learning training program, analyzing this participation, interviewing (10) trainers of faculty supervising the training and through the distribution of a questionnaire to (87) teachers, the questionnaire was designed for that purpose, and the evaluation of the teachers learners and their point view. The result of the study showed that the teachers learner participation were good in general and there were tendency to use technology in the teaching and learning; it also showed that some obstacles facing the teachers learner
