Course Description:

This course provides a set of practical tools for planning, implementation, monitoring and control of the total manufacturing activity. This course will benefit production engineers, production managers, quality control engineers, and inventory managers. 

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, each student should be able to:

  1. Analyze production data and design a manufacturing plan.
  2. Supervise the implementation of manufacturing plans.
  3. Monitor and control the manufacturing shop floor operations.
  4. Model the manufacturing systems as an information system.
