Abstract

The purpose of our project is to enhance the management of Software Projects by predecting several project aspects like: Cost, Size, Staff, Effort and Productivity by applying and calculating several related mathmatical equations. The software is also able to store actual data that will be collected during the actual project production time and that can be used for comparison purposes between the estimated and the actual ones, which enables the manager to tune his process in the future projects in order to put a better prediction startegy them. The sofware also provides several useful reports that also can be used to clarify the vision for the project manager, like: who is the worker that provides the best effort, what is the part of the software that took much effort, what is the part of the project that has the bigger size...etc.
