Abstract

Our system is intended to automate all of the transactions take place and related to the Ministry of Interior. The system facilatates several transactions like Issuinig ID Cards, Birthdate Certificates, Divoreces, Death Certificates, Passports...etc. . Currently, there are a lot of manual routines takes place when dealing with several services provided by the Ministry of Interior. Our system is build to convert all of these manual services to automated ones which returns in several advantages, the most ones are reducing the waiting times for citizens and reducing no. of possible faults that could occur because of the use of manual systems.
