The aim of this course is to   provide students teachers who are striving hard in facing “the difficult task of teaching English” with up-to-date knowledge and information that deal with the teaching and learning process. Additionally this course explores a range of practical classroom techniques via demonstrating modern issues in the related areas

Students will be able to

- Develop awareness of Current ELT principles and practices

- Develop   the ability to critically examine current ELT principles.

-Acquire arrange of practical teaching ideas and material.

-Gain a comprehensive background of current issues, and practices of the field of second and foreign language teaching with a particular focus on issues related to the teaching of English.
