Eng.Dwaikat vacant the position: Director of Engineering Communication Center at Faculty of Engineering, NNU. He also was the "General Director" In Najah Pal Consultation and technical studies co., which is owned by An-Najah National University, and he has been called to the position: The Director of Public Relations Dept. of the University. Dwaikat also works in the Department of Building Engineering and supervises on several groups of graduation projects in it.

HeIs an architect born in the city of Nablus, he awarded a master's and bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, majored in Information and Communication Engineering, where his dissertation was entitled (The Role of Media & Journalism in Developing Architecture & Built Environment In Palestine), and was awarded a certificate from the Engineers Association as the first Palestinian engineer links between the media and engineering. He also worked in the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, then in the scientific centers of An-Najah National University, and he worked as an instructor in: faculty of Engineering, School of Fine Arts, the Korean Palestinian IT Institute, and the Engineers Training Center. His radio show "Engineering Issues" is broadcasted on "Najah Fm". He is the editor of "The World of Engineering." Magazine and a volunteer in the "Palestine Red Crescent Society", and the delegates of the Assembly to "The States of the Mediterranean 2000". He has several research articles and participated in scientific conferences. He has also several researches in the "Holy Quran" and he was awarded by "Noon Quranics Research Center" in 2005. He also studied documentary film making, as well as the preparation and presentation skills. He was trained in the areas of audiovisual and multimedia features, and communication skills, dialogue, etc… in Spain, France, Greece, Albania, Jordan, and Palestine.

Hehas the ability to talk to the public; he is called by the institutions and trade unions to hex official functions and electoral campaigns, and ceremonies honoring acquaintance and contests, and hosting dialogue sessions in conferences, seminars and workshops.
