About me:
I am a teacher & clinical coordinator at Nursing department at
Faculty of medicine and health sciences/An-Najah National University. Earned
abachelor's
degreeinnursingfromtheUniversityofJordanin 1997andworkedinRafidyaHospitalspecializedinseveralsectionssuch asBurn
unit andICU, NICU, emergencyand others. I workedastrainerclinicalnursing
studentsin 2005andthenin 2006submittedmyresignationfrom theRafidia
hospital to work in theCollegeofNursing at An-Najah
Universityasaresearch
andteachingassistantandcoordinatorforpracticaltraining
program of Nursing, Midwifery and Master Program of Community Mental Health
Nursing and Anesthesia program until now.
Through that I earnedamaster's degreeinnursingadministrationin2010 from AL-Quds University. I shared with a
Project of Problem-based Learning in Nursing College at the University of
An-Najah. I worked extensively with Intended Learning Outcomes. I am a research
supervisor for baccalaureate students at An-Najah National University. I attended
several conferences locally and internationally that are related to my
specialty field.
