The aim of this research paper was to bridge the gap between  Scientists and Science Teacher by demonstrate the reality of Science Teacher  and Science Teacher Preparation Program  through defining: systems, disadvantages, aims, planning bases, student teacher characteristics, technique of supervision, the roles of science teachers education programs in Teaching professionalism and teaching professionlization, and the challenges facing science teacher in our society. Also, this research paper aim to demonstrate the perspectives for Science Teacher and Science Teacher Preparation Program  through defining: types, advantages, aims, planning bases, student teacher characteristics,  suggested technique of supervision on student teacher, the roles of science teachers education programs in Teaching professionalism and teaching professionlization, retention in teaching, and the challenges facing science teacher in our society. From the analysis of the reality of the science teacher , the researcher deduced that the weakness of  and Science Teacher Preparation Programs in Palestine  may  be due to: Content and Structure of Programs, techniques of evaluation, the lenient procedures of the granting of teaching certification and graduate science teacher Preparation Programs. Thus, Anumber of suggestions for the Ministry of Higher Education, and anumber of suggestions for researchers were put forward to generalize and enhance the results of the study by research.
