This study presents new outlook to explaining morphological changes in the structure of the present form of verbs including a modial or final vowel at times of adding the "Jazm" element. Therefore, this study presents a new outlook for the role of the syllable and its structure in the grammatical and phonological function. This study shows that the changes in the structure of the present form depends on the structure of the syllable and shortening the lengthening of vowels.
