The system of open learning which applied by Al-Quds Open University played a major role in the process of empowerment of women in many aspects, due to the advantages offered by properties of the system of open learning that increased orientation of females in the Palestinian territories of higher education significantly, especially as Al-Quds Open University offer specializations help to find career opportunities to students, and the spread of the university and the large number of headquarters and distributed to all governorates of the country has helped to raise the chances of entry of women into it, it overcome social obstacles to women in their quest to complete their studies senior, is no longer there justification for parents, husband, both in terms of travel costs or accommodation or other arguments used to prevent women from attending university.
