An-Najah Staff

As a part of planning phase for “The Academic Hospital of An-Najah National University “the planning of the human resource management system is an important part to establish a hospital which serve patient with a high level of quality in medical services, to ensure achieving this level of quality the human resources will work in this hospital should be selected carefully with special specifications.

In our project, we worked to design a system to ensure the level of human resources will work in the hospital and the suitable way to manage them, by designing a suitable organization chart which determine the internal relations in the hospital, then by determining the responsibilities and the minimum requirements for each position through its job description card. Finally, we design the recruitment and selection system including a full descriptive procedures all required forms, through these procedure we will be sure that all worker in “The Academic Hospital of An-Najah National University” suitable for their positions.
