The importance of this study originated from the urgent need and the low efficiency hospitals in Nablus and in the Palestinian territories are suffering from. The main reason for this bad situation is lack of proper and scientific planning. This study aimed at connecting the improvement of the hospitals in Nablus to the improvement of the hospitals in Nablus to the city development and growth of its population and their rising needs and services. Two methods were applied in this study; the first one is the statistical approach by using (SPSS "statistical package for social science" and educing the results related to the standard of the beneficiaries satisfaction through the services offered at the hospitals, and also in analyzing various issues related to the workers in the health sector, and those working at the ministry of health planning of wealth planning the other one is the positional analyzing of the hospitals and distributing them inside Nablus city and concentrating on the neighborhood relation and the scope of coverage to the service. The main results of this study showed that all the Nablus hospitals as well as Palestinian ones are suffering from serious planning issues which need to be corrected as soon as possible to improve their efficiency and service level these planning issues are manly of the main component of the hospital buildings, equipment’s and staff.
