This paper, through the study of sty1istics, endeavors to introduce the means by which this methodology can be exploited in the study of a literary text in line with the criteria of modern criticism. This will be in terms of discovering the existing linguistic relationships in the text, and the distinction linguistic phenomena which form special characteristics in the text itself.
