The Role School Principles in Activation Students’ participation in Sport Activities in the Point of View of Physical Education Teachers
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role school principles in activation students’ participation in sport activities in the point of view of physical education teachers. Furthermore, determine the significant in this role according to gender, age, and educational qualification variables. To achieve that the researcher constructed a (33) items questionnaire, distributed on five domains: (planning of physical activity, administration of physical activity, application of physical activity, facilities, and drives). The sample of the study consisted of (66) male and female physical education teachers from Nablus directorate. The results revealed a high degree in the role school principles in activation students’ participation in sport activities in the point of view of physical education teachers on all domains and total score. In addition, the results indicated that there are no significant differences in this role due to age and educational qualification variables. While, the results revealed a significant differences between male and female physical education teachers in favor of female.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مدراء المدارس في تفعيل مشاركة الطلبة بالأنشطة الرياضية المدرسية من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية، كما هدفت إلى معرفة مدى اختلاف دور مدراء المدارس في تفعيل مشاركة الطلبة بالأنشطة الرياضية المدرسية تبعًا لمتغيرات (الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي )، لتحقيق ذلك قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة مكونة من ( 33 ) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي: التخطيط للنشاط الرياضي، إدارة النشاط الرياضي، التنفيذ وعرض النشاط، الإمكانات، الحوافز. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 66 ) معلمًا ومعلمة من مديرية التربية والتعليم في نابلس. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور مدراء المدارس في تفعيل مشاركة الطلبة بالأنشطة الرياضية جاء بدرجة كبيرة على جميع مجالات الدراسة وعلى المجال الكلي. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة(العمر، المؤهل العلمي )، بينما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعًا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث.
