Abstract: 

The goals of this study are to determine the skills of creative thinking; and its relationship with the varieties communication for the principals of public schools in the Provinces of the Northern West Bank, from the point of view of the instructors. The society of education was formed by the instructors of the public schools in the Provinces of the Northern West Bank in the fall semester in 2013-2014, the numbers of instructors was 12575 according to the higher education statics of the ministry of high education. The researcher used the field description method, the samples of study were chose randomly; and it was 500 instructors from the society of education, they (450) agreed to the study tool. The researcher used the application to achieve the study goals, the application has two main topics ; each one branch to different ranges ; the first topic discusses the skills of creative thinking such as: (Authenticity, Fluent, Flexibility and the sensitivity of handling problem). Second; is talking about the patterns of educational communication such as: (oral communication, written communication, expression communication and compound communication). The answers to the previous discussion were found by Quintal Likert scale. The most important result of this study: The creative thinking for the principals of the public schools in the Provinces of the Northern West Bank from the point of view of the instructors; resulted in an average level. The researcher recommendation according to the result of study: The creation must be encouraged and enhanced by new method of innovation at schools by the designer of work shop to include the creative process and support it for principals, teachers and students.
