An-Najah Staff

This research is about  abuse in divorce, aims to develop a holistic vision of the subject, and to answer questions such as: What is the abuse in divorce? What are its criteria? its  Cases? And sanctions arranged by the legislature? Search came in three sections: the first is about the definition of abuse in divorce and its standards. Second, is about the cases of abuse in divorce. And the third is about the penalty resulting from the abuse in divorce. The research concluded many results, such as: the standards to determine what is a legitimate justification for divorce and what is not. The need to compensate for the arbitrary divorce in some cases. This research recommend the need for special studies to determine the detailed criteria for the abuse of divorce.
