Abstract
The study aimed to identifying the means that enable the Palestinian refugees in the West-Bank and Gaza-Strip to over come the deteriorating economic situation , and the low standard of living during the Al-Aqsa intifada. To achieve that, the study was conducted on a sample of 637 persons, which represented %1 of the total refugees, astrarifiedrandomsampleused to collect the data .The study reveals that the Israeli military and economic blockades have seven economic impacts on the lifes of the Palestinian refugees . However , the refugees mange to adapt themselves to the new economic situation by many ways such as : the exhaustion of
savings , the spending on basic needs , the postponement of the payment of water and electricity bills , the financialborrowingfromfamilyandrelatives,workingovertimes,the intensificationofagricultureandhome-economy,andtheuseofchildreninthelaber–market . In the light of the findingtheresearchersputforwardanumberofrecommendationsuch as conncting reliefe with developments.
