Abstract: 

Abstract This study aimed to identify the degree of the problems facing teachers in public schools the basic mixed in the northern West Bank, the study also aimed to know the differences of the responses of respondents on each of the variables (sex, educational qualification, age and years of experience and social status, and specialty and province) to identify the degree of the problems facing the basic government school teachers mixed in the northern West Bank. The study population consisted of teachers in government schools the basic mixed in the northern West Bank, and the number (990) teachers, were selected cluster sample of them amounted to (230) persons, representing 23.2% of the community. The researcher has the distribution (230) identification of the respondents who were selected for the study sample, and after the completion of the process of collecting data and arrived at the outcome of combining (225) questionnaire are excluded (5) questionnaires because of lack of suitability for statistical analysis, in order to become a sample study was conducted statistical analysis by (220) to identify. The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (51) items distributed on three areas, namely: the area of administrative problems, and the area of technical problems, and the field of social problems. The study found the following results Was the arithmetic average of the total degree of the problems facing teachers of mixed schools (3.65) and a percentage of (73.1), ie, the degree of the problems facing teachers of mixed basic government teacher in the northern West Bank is a large degree. It also ranked the areas of the tool according to descending averages as follows: The first area is (the field of technical issues) (3.75), then a domain (management problems) (3.65), and finally the field of (social problems) (3.55). The study results also that there was no statistically significant differences to the point of the problems facing teachers in public schools the basic mixed due to the variable type (academic qualification, and specialization, and years of experience, marital status, and age, and the province). In light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended some of the recommendations, including: the convening of seminars held at the school to discuss the problems of children, and displays the problems facing teachers and students alike, and try to find solutions satisfactory to all parties, and hold more courses for managers of schools basic government mixed and teachers, to make them more able to challenge and confront the problems they face in their schools. and work on the appointment of social workers of both sexes in mixed schools because of its significant impact in supporting the teachers and eliminating them, and work to find solutions to problems faced by teachers and students together .And the appointment of female teachers in public schools the basic hybrid, because of its profound impact on the psyches of the students, and academic advancement.
