Abstract: 

This study aims at identifying the degree of aspect and causes of the aggressive behaviors among the basic grades students at the governmental schools of the Northern Governorates of the West Bank and the methods of treatment according to the teachers view points in the study year of (2010-2011). For achieving the study purpose, the descriptive approach has been used, study sample of (550) which is 9.6% out of (5720) of the study community according to the Ministry of the Palestinian Education statistics in the year of (2011-2012) has been chosen randomly from Ministry directorates in the North of the West Bank Governorates. The study results reveald the followings: - The degree of the aggressive behaviors among the basic grades students at the governmental schools of the Northern Governorates of the West Bank according to the teachers viewpoints the mean was (2.88) with standard deviation of (0.73). This result was for the domains of (the aggressive behavior towards the others, verbal aggressive towards oneself, aggressive towards prosperities. - The degree of the aggressive behaviors among the basic grades students at the governmental schools of the Northern Governorates of the West Bank according to the teachers viewpoints the mean was (3.23) with standard deviation of (0.67). This result was for the domains of (family characteristics, school domain and the total degree for the domains), while it was high for the surrounding environment. - There are no significant differences at (α = 0.05) level about the degree of the aggressive behaviors among the basic grades students at the governmental schools of the Northern Governorates of the West Bank according the teachers viewpoints due to the variables of sex, practical experiences, academic qualification, school location and specialization for the features of the aggressive behavior. Also, due to the variable of number of students at the classroom in the domains of verbal and physical aggression towards the others, family characteristics, surrounding environment and the total degree. - There are significant differences at (α = 0.05) level about the degree of the aggressive behaviors among the basic grades students at the governmental schools of the Northern Governorates of the West Bank according the teachers viewpoints due to the variable of specialization in the domains of verbal and physical aggression, and the total degree. These differences are for humane specialization. Also, due to the variable of number of students at the classroom for the aggression towards oneself, the total degree, school domain and the total degree of the causes of the aggressive behaviors. According to the study results, several recommendations have been suggested including the following: 1. Another researches targeting other age groups about the aggressive behaviours should be couducted. 2. Future researches dealing with the study subject from the parents’ perspectives should be couducted. 3. Further researches dealing with the aggressive behaviours among the students in the governmental schools and UNRWA schools in West Bank should be conducted. 4. Adressing the Ministry of Education and the local community to build new classes in jammed schools in order to eliminate the number of students at the same class. It is important to nots the classes with large number of students increase the aggressive behaviour among the students.
