The aim of this study was to find out the level and sources of morale among elementary school teachers in the light of sex, age, marital status, scientific degree, and years of teaching experience. To achieve that the study was conducted on a sample of (121) teachers which represented (33%) of the target population. The average weight of the five morale factors were (2.73) which showed that the elementary school teachers morale was low and ranged as follows: Relations with colleagues (3.1), Incentives of salaries and promotion (2.81), job environment (2.78), leadership and administration (2.68), and rules and regulations (2.47). The study showed also that there is a significant mean difference of morale due to sex, which means that male teachers have higher morale than female teachers, but other demographic variables were not significant, and the interaction between sex and other demographic variables also were not significant. The results were interpreted in the light of other previous studies, and political and economic difficulties that the teachers experienced as a result of the Israeli occupation procedures in Palestine. In light of the study results the researchers recommend:

1) The Ministry of Education should review the rules, regulations, concerning teacher appointments, promotions and incentives and improve them.
2) Qualifying school principals by holding continuous training programs about Educational administration, leadership, morale and comprehensive quality management.
