الملخص

 

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الرضا عن جودة الحياة لدى لاعبي فرق الألعاب الرياضية الجماعية في الجامعات الفلسطينية، إضافة إلى تحديد الفروق في الرضا عن جودة الحياة تبعا إلى متغيري اللعبة والخبرة في اللعب والتفاعل بينهما، ولتحقيق ذلك أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (263) لاعبا، وطبق عليها مقياس الرضا عن جودة الحياة المكون من ( 15) فقرة.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المستوى الكلي للرضا عن جودة الحياة لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة كان عاليا، حيث وصلت النسبة المئوية للاستجابة إلى (79.44%). وأظهرت النتائج انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى جودة الحياة لدى لاعبي فرق الألعاب الرياضية الجماعية في الجامعات الفلسطينية تعزى إلى متغير الخبرة في اللعب، والتفاعل بين متغيري اللعبة والخبرة في اللعب، بينما كانت الفروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا إلى متغير اللعبة.

وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بضرورة الاهتمام بالأنشطة الرياضية لدورها الايجابي في مساعدة الطلبة في الرضا عن الحياة وحسن تكيفهم مع المجتمع الجامعي.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of Quality of Life Satisfaction(QLS) amongst players of the collective teams in the Palestinian universities. In addition, to determine the differences in (QLS) according to game, and playing experience variables. The sample of the study consisted of (263) players from different universities. For measurement of (QLS) a (15) items scale was used.

The results of the study revealed that the level of (QLS) amongst players of the collective teams in the Palestinian universities was high where the percentage of response for the total score was (79.44 %).

Furthermore, the results indicated that there were no significant differences in (QLS) due playing experience, and the interaction between game and playing experience, while the results revealed a significant differences in (QLS) due to the game variable.

Based on the study findings the researchers recommended to increase attention to sport activities for its positive role in the refinement of students and good personal adjustment with the university environment.
